La Jolla homes tend to have the two floor types that punish a careless cleaner: wool or natural-fiber carpet, and natural stone. Both need lower temperatures, gentler chemistry, and a technician who checks before they spray.

On marble, travertine, and limestone we work pH-neutral only. Acidic cleaners etch calcium-based stone, and etching is not something a second cleaning fixes, so we identify the stone and test an out-of-the-way patch before starting.

Coastal humidity also means we watch drying carefully here. Wool holds moisture longer than synthetic carpet, so we make extra dry passes and leave air movers running on homes close to the water.
