Yes. We use eco-friendly, low-residue solutions and rinse thoroughly, so there's no sticky detergent film left in the fibers. Once the carpet or upholstery is dry, the room is back to normal use.
Often, yes. Surface cleaning masks an odor for a week; proper treatment goes after the source in the backing and the pad. If a stain has permanently discolored the fibers or the contamination has reached the subfloor, we'll tell you that before you pay rather than after.
Not the heavy pieces. Clearing small items, breakables, and anything on the floor helps us work faster, and we'll move and protect the furniture that needs to be moved as part of the job.
