Point Loma

Point Loma and Ocean Beach carpets deal with something inland homes do not: sand. Fine sand works its way to the base of the pile and cuts the fibers every time someone walks across it, which is why beach-adjacent carpet wears out early even when it looks reasonably clean.

Our dry-soil stage matters most here. Getting that grit out before any water goes down is the difference between a carpet that cleans up well and one that turns into mud.

We also do a lot of upholstery in this part of town. Sunscreen and salt air are hard on fabric, and sofas that face an open window take the worst of it on the arms and headrests.
