Rancho Bernardo

Rancho Bernardo covers everything from Oaks North and Seven Oaks to the newer building up in 4S Ranch, and the carpet mix reflects that: a lot of light neutrals that show every traffic lane.

Light carpet is unforgiving, so rinse quality matters more than anything else. Any detergent left in the fibers turns into a grey traffic lane again within weeks, which is why we rinse until the recovery water runs clear.

In the active-adult communities we use lower-moisture methods and extra air movers where we can, so nobody is walking across damp carpet longer than necessary.
