Rancho San Diego

Rancho San Diego is the far east edge of our map, and it gets the same crew and the same standard as a job ten minutes from the coast. It is drier and dustier out here, and the flooring reflects it.

Large-format tile and stone are common in these newer subdivisions, and the grout lines take a beating from dry dust rather than grease. That soil comes out well with the right pre-spray and rotary work.

For carpeted rooms, inland clay is the challenge. It needs longer dwell time and more rinse passes than coastal soil, so we budget the time up front rather than rushing the job.
