Scripps Ranch

Scripps Ranch is family housing on large lots with a lot of eucalyptus, which means fine dust and organic debris get tracked in constantly. Carpet here usually looks fine in the bedrooms and worn out in the hallways and on the stairs.

Traffic lanes and stairs are where we spend the extra time. Both get pre-treated and agitated separately from the open field of the room, because the soil load is completely different.

Most homes here are two-story with carpet upstairs and hard floors down, so a typical visit covers both: extraction on the bedrooms and stairs, and tile and grout work on the main level.
