Sorrento Valley

Sorrento Valley is office and lab space more than housing, and office carpet fails in a predictable pattern: entry mats, the corridor to the break room, and every chair mat area. Those are the zones we pre-treat hardest.

We schedule commercial work outside business hours so nobody is stepping over hoses. Suites are usually walkable the same evening and fully dry by the next morning with air movers left running overnight.

For hard floors we handle office terrazzo, ceramic tile, and the tile-and-grout in break rooms and restrooms, which take more abuse than anything else in a commercial suite.
